Project #1: Death to Pachuco
What it’s about: Prepare for a gut-wrenching journey into the heart of Chicano culture and history with the launch of Death to Pachuco, by Henry Barajas (Batman: Urban Legends, Creepshow), Rachel Merrill (Gil Thorp, Izzy N Jean), and Lee Loughridge (Standstill, Midstate). Set against the backdrop of the Zoot Suit Riots and the aftermath of the Sleepy Lagoon murder, this Chicano noir–inspired tale delves into the struggles, horrors, and resilience of the Chicano community during a tumultuous time in 1943 wartime Los Angeles.

Project #2: The Carrion Collection
What it’s about: Three beautifully illustrated fantasy tales from celebrated French artist Antoine Carrion, also known as ‘Tentacle Eye’.
Renowned for his emotive and cinematic digital art, Carrion skillfully blends history and fantasy, creating visually compelling worlds. Featuring White Shadows, Nils, and Temudjin, each story in the collection comes alive with hypnotic visuals and moving depictions of human vulnerability. His work turns every page into a cinematic experience that must be seen to be truly appreciated!

Project #3: Sherlock Holmes and the Empire Builders: The Gene Genie
What it’s about: Sherlock Holmes and the Empire Builders: The Gene Genie is a two-part graphic novel adventure starring the world’s greatest detective as you’ve never seen him before.
Volume Two has Holmes at his lowest ebb, losing his closest friend and confidante to prime minister Oswald Mosley’s thugs. Wicked Town is a tale of psychological horror, grounded fantasy, and wicked dark humor.
