Project #2: Haunted Hill: Volume 1
What it’s about: What if life worked the way you thought it did when you were a kid? What if you and everyone else had to act like adults with big feelings and serious intentions even though treehouse passwords worked, detective clubs solved major crimes, and you really don’t fall until you looked down? Welcome to Haunted Hill. This graphic novel series functions like a surrealist soap opera as it follows Eva in pseudo-real time, navigating life in the grime of Hollywood. This is a town where even the smallest moments become charged with impossibility as people search for high-stakes in the lowest places.

Project #3: Requiem #1 – DARE TO REMEMBER // LIVE TO FORGET
What it’s about: 26 pages of sci-fi horror from writers David Hazan (Nottingham), Christof Bogacs (Under Kingdom), and artist Phil Appley. Requiem follows the crew of the Genesis who must continually wipe their memories or risk releasing something truly horrific trapped in their minds. It’s Alien meets Momento, sharpened to a point to speak to our current moment. Follow the Kickstarter page to be notified upon the campaign’s launch!
