The V3 Cosplay Syndicate is a cosplay-related organization that provides news and event coordination, all while acting as a goodwill ambassador to the cosplay community.     

At Comikaze Expo 2011, several V3 Cosplay Syndicate members (and a few V3 fans!) chatted with Fanboy Comics Managing Editor Barbra Dillon about the services they provided at the convention to fellow cosplayers, the purpose of the organization, and their amazing costumes!

The following is an interview with writer David Parkin about his work on the rock-a-billy western comic, The Devil is Due in Dreary, published by Ardden Entertainment.

Kristopher White is the creator and writer of the graphic novel, The 36.  The story is based on the Kabbalistic belief that there are 36 people in the world upon whom it is saved by their simple existence.

The following is an interview with Becca Fitzpatrick, author of the New York Times bestselling YA saga, Hush, Hush.  The book series follows Nora Grey, a book-smart teen who finds herself in the middle of strange, unexplainable, and otherworldly events after meeting (and falling for) a fallen angel.  Comprising of three books, Hush, Hush, Crescendo, and Silence - due in stores on October 4, 2011 - Fitzpatrick’s works have found an international following in 35 countries.  

Now, Fitzpatrick has joined with Sea Lion Books to produce a graphic novel adaptation of her first book, Hush, Hush, due in October of 2011.  Below, she discusses the process for creating a graphic novel, her thoughts on the Young Adult genre, and the honor of being nominated for YALSA's Teens' Top Ten.

The following is an interview with Michael Anthony Steele and Scott McFadden, co-creators of the visionary new independent comic book app, Clown Commandos.  The story follows a brigade of clowns from an alternate universe where clowns evolved into an elite fighting force that was anything but a joke.  Having made their way into the present day, this humorous, yet deadly, troupe does its best to fight crime while trying to find their way home.  Not only is the premise of the comic exciting, but so is the fact that it was built specifically for iDevices (the iPhone, iPad, and iPodTouch).
