UPDATE: CONTEST WINNER ANNOUNCED, BELOW!!!
Amy Winehouse: Fade to Black
A Memorial Print by Michael Troy
UPDATE: Contest Extension!!!
Press Release from Prism Comics:
Los Angeles, CA- Michael Troy and Lethally Blonde Productions (Going Gaga!, The Blonde Squad) are offering an exclusive, extremely limited, signed, and numbered Amy Winehouse memorial print.
"Tragic news of the talented singer/songwriter's passing came when I was at San Diego Comic-Con pimping my Lady Gaga tribute book, Going Gaga! Having always been a fan of Winehouse, I was inspired to do this image to honor her. What can I yell you? I have a soft spot in my heart for tortured genius. I wanted to make her look pretty and threw in a tip of the hat to one of my favorite artists, Patrick Nagel. After posting it on Facebook and having people react very strongly to it, I decided to make it available as an exclusive print. And that is that," said Troy of the inspiration behind the Winehouse image.
"Amy Winehouse: Fade to Black" is a limited edition 11" x 16" glossy print, signed, numbered, and limited to only 125 copies. It is available for purchase for $7.00, available exclusively through the Prism Comics' online store.
Enter for a chance to win your own signed Winehouse print
Artist Michael Troy was very kind to provide Fanboy Comics with a signed print for our readers. For your chance to win print #27, simply leave a comment (below) on this page telling us your favorite Winehouse song and why.

The winning response:
So many to choose from, of course. But a favorite has been "You Know I'm No Good." Her rich, soulful voice just bursts through every lyric. I still get chills when I hear it. So sad she is gone, but her legacy will last a very VERY long time. RIP Amy.
The winner will be notified by email. Congratulations, and thank you to everyone who entered. It was a pleasure to read all of the comments from such devoted fans of Amy Winehouse.
Stay tuned to the Fanboy Comics website for further giveaways!
