#CrowdfundingFridays: ‘Wooden Mirror’ and ‘Tales of the Rockabilly Rambler’

Here at Fanbase Press, we strive to provide an outlet for up-and-coming creators to promote and showcase their incredible works. With thousands of creators utilizing crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter and Indiegogo to make those works a reality, we will highlight these talented creators and their noteworthy campaigns through #CrowfundingFridays! We hope that you will join us in giving these projects a moment of your time (and possibly your support)!

Project #1: Wooden Mirror
What it’s about: Wooden Mirror is the pilot for an animation series dedicated to young adults. It deals with gender roles and explores the consequences of accepting gender stereotypes.
The coolest backer reward: Pledge €25 or more – Exclusive Web Premier Pack: You’ll receive a gold ticket to connect with our online live event with the directors and creators Carlo & Sergi presenting for the first time Wooden Mirror. You’ll also have a digital copy of the script plus the “digital pack” and “a big hug pack.”

Project #2: Tales of the Rockabilly Rambler
What it’s about: It’s a psychedelic selection of original short form comics focusing on a rock ‘n roll icon and his adventures through a multiverse of time and space. Each team of creators was challenged with a given theme and genre, all focusing on the king of swivel’s fictional tales of law reinforcement.
The coolest backer reward: The reward tier, “A Little Less Conversation,” includes both a digital copy and a hard cover copy of TALES OF THE ROCKABILLY RAMBLER, the 11×17 cover print, the 11×17 pin-up print, and the 8×10 character headshot of your choice! Plus the first 3 issues of the 48-Hour Comic Project!
