Comics on ComicsDear Fanboy Comics Readers:

The FBC Staff is very excited to announce that our friends at Comics on Comics will be making their debut at the Hollywood Improv on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at 8:00 p.m.!  In addition, there will be a "mini con" prior to the show, featuring indie publishers Devastator, Prion Press, and FANBOY COMICS!

We have been long-time fans of Comics on Comics, which is a podcast (recorded in front of a live audience) that pits comedians against comic creators in nerd debates, breaks everything down from the business aspects to the
creative end of comic books, movies, video games, and pop culture.  In their own words, it's like "Real Time with Bill Maher, but for geeks!"

The show will feature host Jonathan London (Geekscape.net) as he welcomes legendary Marvel Comics creator Marv Wolfman (Teen Titans, Blade), popular KROQ comedian Ralph Garman (Family Guy, The Kevin & Bean Show), and comedians Laura Valdivia and Asterios Kokkinos for a hilarious night of comics and comedy!

Tickets are only $10 and may be purchased by calling 323-651-2583 or visiting www.Improv.com.  Tickets will also be available at the door.
