Skin Crawling ComicsThe following is an interview with the comic book writer/artist team of Gerald Rathkolb and Danielle Gransaull, who will be contributing their short story, "The Night Market," to the upcoming horror-themed anthology Skin Crawling Comics.  In this interview, Fanboy Comics Managing Editor Barbra Dillon chats with Rathkolb and Gransaull about their thoughts on the current state of the horror genre, the use of digital artwork in comics, and their hopes for the future of Skin Crawling Comics and its impact on the comic book industry.

Big Hero 6When Disney first acquired Marvel Comics in 2009, there was a lot of speculation if the company so synonymous over the years with feature film animation would ever produce an animated film based on a Marvel property.  The answer was announced today.

Hosted by Strategicon, Gamex 2013 is one of California's finest gaming conventions, offering attendees the chance to play, watch, and buy a variety of board games, card games, miniatures, roleplaying, collectables, and computer games.  The convention will be open from Friday, May 24th, at noon until Monday, May 27th, at 6 p.m.

Fanboy Comics' own Kristine Chester and Atomic Robo: RPG creator Mike Olson will be at the convention and running several events (listed below).  Make sure to pre-register for the games, as spaces fill very quickly!

Mike PThe following is an interview with Mike Pisciotta, a magician performing at The World Famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, CA.  In this interview, Fanboy Comics Managing Editor Barbra Dillon chats with Pisciotta about his introduction to the art of magic, becoming a member of the prestigious Magic Castle, and what guests can expect for a night at the members-only clubhouse.
