At LA Comic Con 2017, Fanbase Press Editorials Manager Michele Brittany moderated the Fanbase Press Presents: Things That Go Bump in Horror Comics panel (original recorded on Sunday, October 29, 2017) during which panelists Megan Hutchison (Rockstars, Will o’ the Wisp), Scott Johnson, Fanbase Press’ Bryant Dillon (Something Animal, Identity Thief), and David Blake Lucarelli (The Children’s Vampire Hunting Brigade) discussed what inspires them to write and illustrate horror in the comic book medium, the creative benefits and challenges of working in this genre, and what they envision for the future of horror comics.
