Paul and Corey Cross the Streams is a bi-monthly podcast in which hosts Paul Pakler and Corey Pepper watch and review streaming content. It’s the Great American Podcast where two friends learn about life as they float down the river of streaming services.
“I have never seen it [Jaws 4], but by all accounts it is terrible. However, I have seen the house that it built, and it is terrific.” – Michael Caine
Stars are just like us! They’ll take soul-sucking jobs purely for the money. And that’s what this month’s theme is: “Terrific-House Movies.” This week, Paul, of course, chose the film that kept Michael Caine from accepting his Academy Award in-person: Jaws: The Revenge (1987). Truly the worst film Paul and Corey Cross the Streams has ever covered. It (Thankfully? Possibly?) killed the Jaws franchise forever. It spawned a great NES videogame. It allowed everyone in the cast to get tans and hang out in the Bahamas. It got audiences excited to go to Universal Studios new attraction. It got Michael Caine a Terrific House.
