Featured by two comic book media outlets celebrating some of the best comics and graphic novels of 2017, both The Mary Sue and Comicon.com highlighted Quince for the series' themes, values, and incredibly talented creative team (Sebastian Kadlecik - creator, Kit Steinkellner - writer, Emma Steinkellner - artist, Valeria Tranier - translator).

For that reason, Fanbase Press is honored to announce its Fundraising Campaign to benefit United for Puerto Rico and RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network). From November 3 - 9, 2017, customers will be able to purchase select Fanbase Press comic books, graphic novels, art prints, pins, and more from the Fanbase Press Online Store, and all proceeds will be donated to United for Puerto Rico and RAINN.
The Fanbase Press staff is very excited to be exhibiting for the first time at Latino Comics Expo, alongside a number of other talented independent creators! Taking place on Saturday, November 11, and Sunday, November 12, at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, CA, the event is the nation’s first convention dedicated to highlighting the work of comic book creators, illustrators, and others in the literary and visual arts whose work reflects the influence and celebration of Latino culture! On November 11 and 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., we will be meeting fans at the Fanbase Press booth, where you can purchase all of our comics and graphic novels!

Taking place from October 27-29, 2016, at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles Comic Con is LA's largest pop culture convention.

You're invited to the Quince release party and signing on Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Hi De Ho Comics in Santa Monica, CA! Hosted by Hi De Ho Comics and the Comadres y Comics podcast, the event will not only celebrate the release of the Quince trade paperback from publisher Fanbase Press but will also be a quince party in its own right, complete with a Quinceañera-themed photo booth, a Quinceañera candy table, Latinx-themed food, a DJ, and much, much more!

ArtNight is a citywide arts festival in Pasadena, CA, held twice per year, highlighting music, dance, and all forms of visual arts, including comic books.

Taking place on Sunday, October 1, 2017, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, CA (Valencia campus - EPEK Building), the convention will feature a variety of exhibitors selling comics, toys, and "everything else that a true or even budding comic and toy fan will ever need!"
