The Staff of Fanboy Comics would like to wish you and yours a very happy Embrace Your Geekness Day! Every year on July 13th, don’t be ashamed to pull out your twelve-sided die, bake some Dalek cupcakes, turn up the volume on “Fett’s Vett,” and wear your Jayne hat with pride.
Copyrighted as an official holiday by Wellcat Holidays, an organization run by Tom and Ruth Roy in Mount Gretna, PA, Embrace Your Geekness Day is marketed as a holiday for those “into dungeon games, comic books, and doing vampire dress-up.” Wellcat Holidays is also responsible for Take Your Webmaster to Lunch Day, which we wholeheartedly celebrate at Fanboy Comics.
