The Fanbase Press staff is very excited to be exhibiting once again at the Latino Comics Expo, alongside a number of other talented independent creators! Taking place on Friday, March 15, and Saturday, March 16, 2019, at Modesto Junior College’s West Campus in Modesto, CA, the event is the nation’s first convention dedicated to highlighting the work of comic book creators, illustrators, and others in the literary and visual arts whose work reflects the influence and celebration of Latino culture! On March 15 and 16 from 11 a.m. to *7 p.m. (*6 p.m. on Saturday), we will be meeting fans at the Fanbase Press booth, where you can purchase all of our comics and graphic novels!
Fans in attendance will have a chance to stop by the Fanbase Press table to learn more about the self-publishing process, as well as graphic novels the 2018 Eisner Award-nominated Quince, the 2014 Bram Stoker Award-nominated Fearworms: Selected Poems, The Sequels, A Geek’s Guide to Cross-Stitch: Journeys in Space, The Margins, Hero Hotel, The Gamma Gals, Something Animal, Identity Thief, The Arcs, and Penguins vs. Possums. In addition, attendees will have a chance to pre-order our upcoming trade paperback for The Sequels and purchase an official Fanbase Press t-shirt.
