The Fanbase Press staff is very excited to be exhibiting for the first time at Latino Comics Expo, alongside a number of other talented independent creators! Taking place on Saturday, November 11, and Sunday, November 12, at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, CA, the event is the nation’s first convention dedicated to highlighting the work of comic book creators, illustrators, and others in the literary and visual arts whose work reflects the influence and celebration of Latino culture! On November 11 and 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., we will be meeting fans at the Fanbase Press booth, where you can purchase all of our comics and graphic novels!
Fans in attendance will have a chance to stop by the Fanbase Press booth to pick up copies of our latest trade paperback releases – Quince and The Gamma Gals – plus our comics and graphic novels, including Hero Hotel, Penguins vs. Possums, The Arcs, Something Animal, Identity Thief, and Fearworms: Selected Poems! As a special treat, Fanbase Press will be selling the official Fanbase Press t-shirt in sizes Small – XXL and the new Fanbase Press pin, so that attendees may show their geek pride in style.
Please visit the Latino Comics Expo website and Facebook page to purchase your tickets for this exciting event.
Everyone at Fanbase Press is greatly looking forward to the convention, and we hope to see you there!
