FANBOY COMICS’ SOMETHING ANIMAL TO JOIN GRAPHICLY

LOS ANGELES, CA – March 1, 2012Fanboy Comics (FBC) is proud to announce that its premiere graphic novel, Something Animal, will be digitally released through Graphicly on Monday, March 5, 2012.  

Fans of the dark and gritty tale of psychological terror will now have the opportunity to enjoy the graphic novel in both hard-back and digital forms, thanks to the efforts of the cutting-edge digital distributor.  Graphicly has become home to the comic book industry’s most notable publishers, including Marvel Comics, Image Comics, and IDW.

The graphic novel was written by FBC co-founders Bryant Dillon and Sam Rhodes, and based on an original story by FBC Senior Contributor Ben Rhodes.  The 80-page graphic novel features vivid, full-color art by Robert Burrows.  

 

Something Animal is available for purchase on the Fanboy Comics website and in select comic book stores in Los Angeles, and digital copies will be available for the Kindle, iPad, NOOK, Android, Facebook, and more starting March 5, 2012.  

Founded in early 2010 by self-professed “geeks” Bryant and Barbra Dillon and Sam Rhodes, Fanboy Comics seeks to provide an outlet for up-and-coming artists and writers with a desire to create new works and media.  By facilitating in-house collaborations and providing support and empowerment, FBC hopes to enable the production of professional and marketable creator-owned works.

Fanboy Comics’ second graphic novel, Identity Thief, will be available in Fall of 2012.
