The Fanboy Comics staff is very excited to be exhibiting at San Diego Comic Fest for the first time this weekend, alongside a number of other talented comic book creators and retailers! Taking place from Friday, February 12, through Monday, February 15, at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in San Diego, CA, San Diego Comic Fest is a volunteer-run comic convention with a casual and intimate atmosphere that allows fans to mingle directly with professionals and exhibitors. Attendees will find an extensive and eclectic program with things for every fan to enjoy, including panel discussions, guest programs, an artist alley, tabletop gaming, cosplay, Steampunk, an exhibitor hall full of your favorite comics, books, toys, and collectibles, and much more.

Fans in attendance will have a chance to stop by the Fanboy Comics table to learn more about and purchase the graphic novels Penguins vs. Possums, The Arcs, Something Animal, Identity Thief, and Fearworms: Selected Poems!  Fanboy Comics will be selling PVP Minis, select art prints, and the official Fanboy Comics t-shirt, so that attendees can show their geek pride in style.

Attendees will also find a plethora of other independent and professional comic book creators and vendors on the showroom floor, including Joshua Hauke, who is the creator, writer, and artist behind the all-ages series, Tales of the Brothers Three.  Hauke will be selling books, posters, prints, and socks at the convention, and he will also be taking commission requests. He will also be hosting a panel on Monday, February 15th, at 3 p.m. called “Fun for Kds/All-Ages with Comics and Art.”
