While preparations for the Oscars are underway in Los Angeles, many hard-working filmmakers are gearing up for their own evening in the spotlight at the Web Series 3.0 Summit. NEW COMEDY WEB SERIES THE OTHER CLIENT LIST SET FOR FLIGHT AT WEB SERIES 3.0 SUMMIT CELEBRATION
Los Angeles, CA February 19, 2015—Don’t wait for the phone call from the studios, shoot it yourself and build your own audience, that’s the philosophy being amplified at this week’s Web Series 3.0 Summit event in Los Angeles celebrating the world premiere of the new comedy web series THE OTHER CLIENT LIST produced by and starring Briana Hansen and Arye Rapini, and written by Briana Hansen. The premiere takes place at Busby’s East in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
THE OTHER CLIENT LIST was 2 years in the making and is about 2 friends with opposite personalities who struggle to transform their lives while opening their own fitness studio. The premiere takes place this Thursday, Feb. 19 with a special celebration at Busby’s East in LA that will feature an industry panel in association with Women in Film tackling just that, the explosion of web shows and the entrepreneurial nature of the medium in the digital era. The producers vision for their project has been simple, shoot something fun that everyone will love and capitalize on direct to consumer distribution phenomenon via social media. Following Thursday’s event, the creators will bundle the entire first season of THE OTHER CLIENT LIST on their YouTube page as well as Hello Giggles exclusively.
The Web Series 3.0 Summit will also feature the launch of a new pilot ASSISTANTS starring Natasha Pearl Hansen and Courtney Arnett. ASSISTANTS tells the story of 3 Los Angeles Assistants who strive for their own personal success while at different stages of their career. Courtney Arnett is the Director. ASSISTANTS was Written by Peter Sullivan and Courtney Arnett.
