You’re invited to join Fanboy Comics and a myriad of LA’s talented indie comic book creators for Pulp Fiction‘s Halloween Comic Fest on Saturday, October 25th, from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. at their Culver City, CA, location!

Pulp Fiction will give the “treat” of literacy during this spooky holiday season with FREE all-ages comics for everyone who visits the shop on this special day!  In addition, you won’t want to miss the Artists’ Alley area, where local comic book creators [including Fanboy Comics’ Sebastian Kadlecik (creator of Penguins vs. Possums), Joshua Hauke (creator of Tales of the Brothers Three), and Tony Fleecs (artist of My Little Pony)] will be signing their books and doing sketches.

The Fanboy Comics staff will be on hand with copies of their graphic novels, Penguins vs. Possums: Volume One, The Arcs, Identity Thief, and Something Animal, available for sale. Fans who stop by the store will have a chance to pick up their very own signed copies and purchase the official Fanboy Comics t-shirt, so that they can show their geek pride in style.

Penguins vs. Possums: Volume One tells the tale of a secret war between two species, each determined to annihilate the other. Throughout the millennia, they have kept their battle confined to the shadows; however, one brazen act has escalated this conflict to a fever pitch. As the world careens toward Armageddon, every human on the planet will soon be forced to CHOOSE A SIDE!

The Arcs
is an epic and gritty graphic novel written by Michael D. Poisson and featuring the artwork of Matt Jacobs. The story details the seven Archangels of Heaven as they battle the demons of Hell and their own faith in God.

Something Animal is an 80-page graphic novel written by Bryant Dillon and Sam Rhodes, with vivid, full-color art by Robert Burrows. Created as a response to the current romantic view of the vampire motif, Something Animal is a dark and gritty tale of psychological terror that is sure to satisfy any fan of the horror genre.

Identity Thief is a suspenseful graphic novel written by Bryant Dillon and featuring over 60 pages of original art by Meaghan O’Keefe.
Reminiscent of the horrific tales of The Twilight Zone or Creepshow, this thriller will allow fans to discover the monster lurking in Fanboy Comics’ closet!
