Exciting events are ahead for Felicia Day’s Geek & Sundry, as the digital entertainment company has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming superhero comedy digital series, Caper. Set to release in February of 2014, Caper will be a show that puts the “crime” back in crime fighting. Directed by Donald Murphy (Savages, No Country for Old Men), Caper is a fun and colorful comedy about friendship, community, and what it takes to be a hero. For a first look at the superhero show, we hope that you’ll enjoy the new trailer below.
In support of Caper‘s upcoming release, the creators and cast of the show appeared at an exclusive and fan-packed panel event at Meltdown Comics, one of Los Angeles’ most popular comic book stores, on Tuesday, January 28th. Moderated by Eric Goldman, the panelists included Caper co-creator Amy Berg and the series’ lead cast, Abby Miller (Justified), Beth Riesgraf (Leverage), Hartley Sawyer (Glory Daze), and Harry Shum, Jr. (Glee), all of whom discussed the show’s take on superheroes who have to go rogue to make ends meet.
