The Fanbase Press staff is very excited to return to ArtNight Pasadena on Friday, March 13, 2020, from 6:00-10:00 p.m. at the Pasadena Public Library! ArtNight is a citywide arts festival in Pasadena, CA, held twice per year, highlighting music, dance, and all forms of visual arts, including comic books.

As part of this year’s ArtNight, the Pasadena Public Library’s will highlight female creators in a variety of mediums, including comics and graphic novels. This year, the list of attendees from the comics field includes the Fanbase Press staff, Kristen Gorlitz (The Empties), Anne Toole (Halo: Lone Wolf), Madeleine Holly-Rosing (Boston Metaphysical Society), the creators of Hex 11, Dawn and Clint Wolf (Lab Reject Studios, Zombie Ranch), Giulie Speziani (Cash & Carrie), Kayden Phoenix (Jalisco), Kim Dwinell (Surfside Girls), and many, many more!

Fans in attendance will have a chance to stop by the Fanbase Press table to pick up our comics and graphic novels, including the 2018 Eisner Award-nominated Quince, Quince: The Definitive Bilingual Edition hardcover, the 2019 IPPY Award-winning A Geek’s Guide to Cross-Stitch: Journeys in Space, the 2014 Bram Stoker Award-nominated Fearworms: Selected Poems, The Sequels, The Margins, The Gamma Gals, Something Animal, Identity Thief, The Arcs, and Penguins vs. Possums.
