Here Comes the Really New Housewife of Beverly Hills

BHroundupBy Michael Fitzgerald Troy

To say that the second season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills proved to be tumultuous is like saying the ladies may or may not have had some plastic surgery here and there.

Camille is divorced from Frasier. She dodged a bullet, if you ask me. He looked a little koo koo for Cocoa Puffs at the Golden Globes. I hope she got half of Frasier’s scratch- although, most of his coins are probably tied up in alimony.

New addition Brandi proved to be the comedy relief of the season, hobbling about on crutches in stilettos and hitting on poor Lisa’s husband while hopped up on Xanax. (Sista, my Sista!). While mostly known for being cheated on by hottie Eddie Cibrian, Brandi proves that looking good is the best revenge while rocking a bikini during the ladies’ trip to Hawaii.

Taylor had a very painful and public life this year, and we all know why. I won’t add fodder to the cannon and just wish her the best as she is a gentle soul and deserves happiness. (If only it came in collagen form.)

Paris Hilton’s aunt, Kyle, was up to her usual antics of twirling her gorgeous raven locks, laughing at her own jokes (In her defense, she is funny.), and making mountains out of proverbial mole hills.

Kim. Oh, Kim. Like I said in my last review, Escape From Witch Mountain is one of my favorite childhood movies.

Not much to be said about Adrienne, as she seems the most level headed. Speaking of heads, I did find it a little odd when she implied her brother wasn’t lacking in the nether regions.

New Girl Dana should come out with her own lip gloss, as she must have to reapply every five minutes from all of the ass she kisses. But, then again, she’s a bawdy broad with a likably entertaining sense of humor and a killer rack, even if she’s somewhat of a label whore.

I don’t understand why Lisa Vanderpump doesn’t have her own show, as she is obviously quite capable of pleasing the masses, even if she won’t put out for her poor husband. You would think SHE was getting married in the season finale, instead of her lovely daughter, Portia. She planned the wedding with a “renowned,” creepy Asian wedding planner that made Bobby Trendy look like The Brawny Man. (Sorry Bobby, kisses!)

Speaking of The Real Househusbands, I’d like to give a special shout out to Mauricio, Ken, and Paul. (If you need a flamer to nip and tuck, I’m your girl!) These are all amazing men and super sweethearts who, let’s face it, have put up with a lot of s#!t. I’ll leave you to your already formed opinions of the artist formerly knowns as Dr. Crane and the alleged and deceased woman beater.

Though brutal to watch at points, it’s easy to see why this is such a highly rated show. The ladies really are entertaining and charming in their own uniquely, fabulously, bitchy way. Super looking forward to Season 3!

Michael Troy is a deeply superficial person. Born in the midwest in the ’70s, Michael came to Los Angeles to pursue his bi-polar career path as an actor and artist. 2005 saw the release of Michael’s first published book, Homo-Hero’s Big Book of Fun and Adventure (www.greencandypress.com). Michael has contributed to the Lady Gaga comic book from Bluewater Productions and has his hand in various other upcoming projects. Michael has performed stand-up comedy at all of the major comedy clubs in Los Angeles and is making his triumphant return to the main stage of The Comedy Store in September. Michael offers an off-beat sense of humor as the star of such youtube cult classics As The Gays on Film (www.youtube.com/fullfrontaltv), A Minute With Margot, a loving tribute to Superman legend Margot Kidder (http://www.youtube.com/user/rktcommander), and currently hosts a vlog style series Lethally Blonde over at www.monsterburg.com. Sitting alongside industry heavyweight Phil Jimenez at the “Divas and Lassoes” panel for the 2010 San Diego comic-con, Michael maintains and cherishes his “underground” status. A staunch believer in Blonde Ambition, Michael hopes his new comic about shallow blonde super heroes in Los Angeles, The Blonde Squad, will set the world on fire (or at least brighten it a bit). Check out Michael Troy and Lethally Blonde updates here!!!
