The Indiegogo Report: ‘(mis)adventure’

misadventureIf you were a fan of the “choose your own adventure” books as a kid, Fanboy Comics knows of an indiegogo campaign that is sure to be right up your alley! Created by William Cannon and Matthew Woodward, (mis)adventure is described as “the story of two friends out for a night on the town in search of a good time  . . . and selective amnesia.” (mis)adventure will be a live-action web series and will provide viewers with a choice at the end of each chapter, where they can decide which path they would like the characters to take next.

The campaign has set a budget of $10,000, and, if successfully funded, the entire production team will be able to receive payment for their work on the project – from extras to cast and crew. If the campaign does not reach its goal, they will still be able to collect any money donated, and Cannon and Woodward will use those funds on the most pressing needs of the production, deferring or negating their own payment as necessary (Cannon and Woodward are producing, as well as starring).

Be sure to visit (mis)adventure‘s indiegogo page to check out some the great incentives they are offering to donors and learn more about the project.  The campaign closes on Thursday, October 4th.
