WINNER ANNOUNCED BELOW
Dear Fanboy Comics Readers:
The FBC staff has another exciting and exceptional giveaway to offer to fans everywhere!
NY Times best-selling author Ernest Cline is at it again, this time with the must-read summer blockbuster novel, Armada! Called “a thrilling coming-of-age story” by Entertainment Weekly, Armada is at once an adrenaline-fueled, surprising thriller, a classic teenage adventure, and an alien-invasion tale like nothing you’ve ever read before—one whose every page is infused with Cline’s trademark pop-culture savvy. The book is already being adapted into a film by Universal Studios, with the author himself writing the screenplay. Cline was very kind to provide Fanboy Comics with a signed Armada poster, and we want to give YOU the opportunity to make it your own!
Earlier this week, TheRealStanLee.com announced an exciting, new independent film called The Concessionaires Must Die, and the Fanboy Comics staff couldn't be more excited for its release! The feature-length film follows the following premise: On the brink of their beloved single screen independent movie theater being shut down forever, a misfit band of theater workers face the corporate evil, foreclosure and even worse . . . having to decide what they want to be when and if they ever grow up. Concessionaires, Assemble! The creators have been very kind to us here at Fanboy Comics, as we are now able to share an official trailer for the film!
After several stellar music videos from composer/pianist Sonya Belousova and director/producer Tom Grey, the award-winning musical duo, otherwise known as Player:Piano, has now released their latest pop culture compilation, the DuckTales: Moon Theme, to celebrate the Disney television show.
