Preview the Comic Book Adaptation of Marko Kloos’ ‘Frontlines’ Series

This May, Marko Kloos' best-selling Frontlines novels are getting the comic book treatment with a four-issue series called Frontlines: Requiem written by Ivan Brandon (Drifter, Viking) and illustrated by Gary Erskine (Dan Dare, Judge Dredd, Star Wars). The publisher has been very generous to the Fanboy Comics staff, as we are now able to share an advance preview of the first issue!

Synopsis: Colonel Soraya Yamin, commander of the Phalanx, a battle-ravaged space control cruiser, engages the “Lankies” in an apocalyptic assault over Mars. The Lankies, a merciless alien species that outguns, outmaneuvers, and outfights humanity at every turn, have been menacing Earth’s colonies. But now they’re suddenly in our Solar System, decimating the NACS fleet and swarming towards Earth itself! Facing insurmountable odds, Soraya must make a fateful choice between her sworn duty and the loved ones she desperately wants to protect . . .

The first issue of Frontlines: Requiem will be released on May 18th, and the series will be followed by a graphic novel set to publish on August 10th. Frontlines: Requiem #1 will be available in print at your local comic store and digitally via comiXology and the Amazon Kindle Store.

We hope that you will enjoy the below preview, and please be sure to pre-order your copy of Frontlines: Requiem #1!
