‘Quality Time with Family Ties’ Podcast Returns for Season 3

LOS ANGELES, CA – February 1, 2016 – Fanboy Comics (FBC) is proud to announce that the Quality Time with Family Ties (QTWFT) podcast will return for its third season on Thursday, February 4, 2016!

Launched in March of 2015, Quality Time with Family Ties is a weekly podcast during which “three guys” watch and review every episode of Family Ties – the ‘80s sitcom that made Michael J. Fox a star.  Led by co-hosts Scott Jones, Paul Pakler, and Corey Pepper, each hour-long podcast analyzes a Family Ties episode – its political/cultural relevance to the period during which it aired; the careers of guest stars; the symbolism of orange juice; and more.

With over 40 episodes already under its belt, QTWFT’s third season promises to have even more sha-la-la-love, as the co-hosts anticipate a new member of the Keaton clan.  They also look forward to Alex’s auspicious freshman year at Leland University and his strange obsession with the housekeeper, Geena Davis.

“Unlike Family Ties‘ first two seasons, I feel like we’ve really locked into a groove with the podcast,” says co-host Paul Pakler.  “We’re especially looking forward to Season 3.  This is the year when Michael J. Fox’s career blasted off.  Around Christmas, he’ll have taken on the 20-hour days’ work schedule in order to do both Family Ties and Back to the Future.  It’ll be fun to count the circles under his eyes.”

The Season 3 premiere of Quality Time with Family Ties will be released on Thursday, February 4, 2016, on the Fanboy Comics website (www.fanboycomics.net) and on iTunes.  Subsequent episodes will air every Thursday.
